NEW YORK.- Mayor Bloomberg last week endorsed Peter Boudouvas, Assembly Candidate for the 26th District. “I believe that Peter Boudouvas will lead the fight in Albany for the people of his district and that’s why I am endorsing him in his race for the New York State Assembly. Moreover, the voters of the 26th Assembly District need an elected official who is willing to fight for their needs and bring much needed change to Albany”, said Mayor Bloomberg. “I am honored to receive the Mayor’s endorsement. I look forward to working closely with Mayor Bloomberg to create new jobs and ensure that our public schools receive their fare share of funding,” said Peter.
For the last four years, Boudouvas has served as Senator Frank Padavan’s community representative in the 26th Assembly District. Boudouvas, the son of Greek immigrants, has lived in Queens for more than 30 years and resides in Bayside. He is a principal at MetersDirect.com, an engineering firm, and is a practicing consulting engineer with over 20 years experience in the design of electrical distribution systems.
