Athens.- The Communist Party of Greece (KKE), commenting Friday on the clash between Finance Minister Yannis Stournaras and Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA) leader Alexis Tsipras, said that “one more episode in the confrontation between the government and SYRIZA was played today”, adding that “their proposals provide no solution for the woes and anxieties of the working people”.

KKE further said that “the working people have [enough] experience to enable them to realise that the growth path that is being served by both the government and SYRIZA will be accompanied by measures without an expiry date, with cheaper labour power, taxation bloodletting, armies of unemployed and the extension of absolute impoverishment.”
